Oshawa Condos
If you are looking for a condo in an awesome urban locale that's not quite as congested as Toronto, then you are in luck; the Oshawa condos for sale fulfill that desire quite nicely! Oshawa is a city located to the east of Toronto that possesses its own special charm; with parks bordering the beautiful Lake Ontario, more shopping than you can shake a shopping bag at, and lots of accessibility via the major roadways and highways that run through the city like the web of a spider. The condos here are spread out nicely across the city limits, and you needn't worry about if you feel like heading out into the country for a little daytrip; the major roadways can certainly get you out into the countryside very quickly and easily, where a whole new set of amenities can await you...and at the end of the day, you will have the freedom to be able to come back into Oshawa and relax in your condo, surrounded by all of the comforts, amenities, and luxuries that would be expected of living the life of a condo-dweller in the modern day (not to mention living a life so close to the beauty of the lake as well).
As far as the amenities of Oshawa go, no matter which of the Oshawa condos for sale you invest in, you will always be close to the majority of the amenities. King Street and Bond Street are considered the two "main" roadways that cut right through the middle of Oshawa like pair of scissors through paper going east and west. At the intersection of King Street and Stevenson Road, you can find a large volume of amenities, including a good-sized shopping mall called Oshawa Centre. Some of these amenities include a couple of banks, a fair few restaurants and fast food places, a gas station, a pharmacy, a grocery store, a handful of boutiques, along with various other stores that are sure to be of use and benefit to you. Many more restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, and other such stores can also be found along King Street and Bond Street heading eastward through the city of Oshawa. If you're looking for EVEN more amenities, you'll be able to find them at the intersection of Ritson Road and Adelaide Avenue (another major grocery store, a post office, and a couple of coffee shops, along with a Beer Store and more such storefronts).
Getting around Oshawa is super-easy thanks not only to the major roadways, but the Highway 401 (which services the southern part of Oshawa by Lake Ontario) and the public transit system (which services the entire city), and even the GO train system (the Oshawa station can be found at the south end of the city on Bloor Street, and there is also a VIA Rail train station there as well). The major roadways of Oshawa (most notably Simcoe Street and Thickson Road) that run north and south are also very capable of getting you out into the countryside; Simcoe Street can get you the majority of the way even to Orillia, while Thickson Road merges with the Highway 12 north of the city and takes you right into Orillia (and if you take the Highway 169, which branches off of the Highway 12 east of Orillia, you can head even further north towards places like Washago and Port Severn). So, when you take into account all of the wonderful accessibility this city has not only around itself, but out into the country too, investing in one of the Oshawa condos for sale most certainly would seem like a highly reasonable avenue to pursue.
